[求助] 为什么我总是打不开torpark

从色中色下载torpark1.5.0.6两个多月了,还没成功过. 地震前后都一样,每次双击那洋葱头,等了大概十分钟网页没弹出,倒弹出以提示:torpark has tried 3 times to establsh a ciruitfor the lasst 5 minutes. this may caused by running programs wich use many connections or lots of bandwidth, or having connectio from dianl-up internet. pleasecheck your internet connection and tryagain. for more informatian, open apps\torparktor\torrc, and remve the # of last line. this will create a log file called debug.log so you can  see why you can't connect to the tor network. torpark will now terminate
