处女有两个层面上的意思
1如果她有处女膜，也就是没做过爱，但思想淫荡，只能说是生理上是处女，思想上不是处女
2如果一个女孩，不经意间处女膜破了，或者偶尔一次性行为导致没处女膜了，那她从生理上来说不是处女了，如果她举止端正，心地善良，那么她思想上还是处女的
