减少手淫次数，锻炼身体，观察一个月，一个月内不要做爱，不要手淫，观效果。如果效果不明显就去医院，要去正规医院，大医院，不要去男科医院，那都是骗子，感觉你的情况像阴阳两虚，一般手淫先是肾阴虚，手心出汗，夜间盗汗，阳亢，最后导致阳虚，就是勃起有问题，建议看看中医
