明显的撸多肾虚了。 楼主可以每天做三十个俯卧撑 和仰卧起坐,也不用天天做,太累的话就隔一天。 这样子是为了转移一部分撸管的注意力,也能稍微提高点身体机能水平。 真想发泄也要控制下频率,可以逐渐减少次数,一星期一两次,慢慢地延长间隔。 切记:小撸怡情,大撸伤身,强撸灰飞烟灭。
