感觉不靠谱。中医说一滴精七滴血，虽然只是一种比喻，但精液是来自于人体产生的精华这一点我想没有人会否认。那么你想想这样的精华产生的目的是啥？不就是为了更好的传宗接代吗？您那么不在乎的浪费掉您自己的精华，身体凭啥能一天比一天好呢？人家英国人也不会随便乱说的，相信一个正常的男人一天一次手淫时间长了对身体都是一种损害。楼主如果真的感觉到是手淫对身体的改善，劝你还是换角度思考一下，别让因没有注意到的原因造成的身体改善，毁在了众所周知的手淫中。
